• Cut of date received within 30 days prior to arrival
• Peak Season ( 20 December – 05 January ) cancellation fee charge 50% from total booking within 29 days
• Geographic area the above agreement available for all market
• Standard reservation / cancellation / No show applied
• Not in conjunction with other package or promos
• Term and condition in annual contract rate also applies for this offer
• Peak season surcharge applied at rate US$ 125 net / villa / night from 20 Dec.- 5 Jan.

• One Bedroom extension night will be applied at rate US$ 275 net / villa / night include breakfast for 2 pax
